Management Reporter seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Dynamics GP.  It includes its own SQL database and stores and manages companies and reports similar to GP for improved performance, increased stability and provides multi-user capabilities.

The reports themselves are easy to create, and professional financial statements can be designed immediately.  Management Reporter provides more of the familiar Microsoft look and feel than FRx, and provides some of the similar functions of other Microsoft applications, like the familiar toolbar and the ease of changing fonts.  At the same time, Management Reporter does have the same screen layout as FRx, using the same rows, columns, and trees, making the transition for former FRx users much smoother.  This familiarity makes it faster and easier to learn for first time users than most new products.

Once your reports are created, they can be automatically generated to a shared folder where they can be viewed by other users.  These reports can also be opened and viewed in a web browser format thanks to a new web browser format built into Management Reporter 2012.  Of course, security settings allow you to limit who can and can’t see your generated reports.
