Microsoft Corporation announced the addition of new Social Insights to the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service. Microsoft also announced the availability at the end of October of a new set of industry-focused business process templates as part of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM release, delivering customers step-by-step process guidelines designed to improve performance in specific industries.
Customers can earn subsidiary payouts to be redeemed with a Microsoft partner of choice on every purchase of an eligible Microsoft product or Online Services subscription made between March 1, 2013 and May 31,2013. This offer includes both Dynamics CRM On-Premises and Dynamics CRM Online, and the redeemed payouts can be used as a credit towards future purchases of qualifying Microsoft products and services.
Quick-to-implement, easy-to-use business solution for small and midsize businesses, Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 and a great user experience enhanced Microsoft Dynamics CRM update will both be available starting in mid-December.
