Google unveiled Google Wallet last week. Google Wallet will allow you to pay for your purchases in person at the register via your FFC* enabled Android phone. 20,000+ US merchants are already set up to work with Google Wallet, including Macy's, Subway, American Eagle, Jamba Juice, CVS, and Walgreens. It's currently only available in San Francisco and New York, but additional cities will be rolling out soon. PayPal has recently filed a lawsuit claiming that Google stole it's "trade secrets", while Apple is expected to unveil a NFC-capable iPhone very soon.
